The following are instructions to make sure your USB is set correctly: Please place all files extracted into a USB (2.0, not 3.0) drive (preferably empty and smaller than 8gb). If need be, please format the USB to either FAT or FAT32 (file allocation table). When opening the USB drive at Windows, please note the following at the base directory: Autostart (directory) Schaerer (directory) Update (windows batch file) The content of Schaerer (directory) should contain: TouchIt (directory) The content of TouchIt (directory) should contain: Backup (directory) Please verify USB content before heading to site. Contact your RSM for the Sherwin Williams account number. Use the store number as the PO number — the sheen is egg-shell. Under the account number, they can see previous purchases from ASTs who already bought paint in the last month.
